CEA typically supports organizations to align their structures, strategies and systems with their shared vision.  We do this by working with groups and teams to set up organizational management systems that enable managers make meaningful management decisions in view of the growing demands from managers to back their decisions with evidences that are easily accessible and interpretable.  To our minds, organizations that are able to do these in addition to having productive work climates are more likely to respond appropriately to changes in their environment and achieve improved services.
